What are the eyelash extensions made of?
Lavish Lashes made of a single polyester fiber thread.
Are Lavish Lashes Extensions safe?
Lavish Lashes Extensions are safe for proper application and extension of
natural eyelash by trained Professional. However, since the bonding agent is
an eye and skin irritant, your eyes should be closed, covered and protected
throughout the procedure.
Can I wear mascara on lavish lashes?
Generally water-proof mascara, mascara remover and some cleansers can disturb
and weaken the adhesive bond of the lash extension. If you choose to wear mascara,
we highly recommend using Lavish Lash Mascaras, which are
specifically formulated for use with Lavish Lash extensions. These mascaras
are water washable, gentle and safe for lash extensions.
Can I get eyelash extensions if my eyelashes are tinted or dyed?
Yes. Just make sure your eyelashes are clean and dry before having Lavish
Lashes applied by Professional. Do not tint, dye, perm or curl your lashes
after you have Lavish Lashes applied.
Can I get eyelash extensions if my eyelashes are permed or very curled?
It depends. It is generally easier to apply lash extensions on eyelashes that
are straight or slightly curled up. However, if a lash has too much curl, it
can be very difficult to get the lash extension to properly adhere to your
curled lash. Extensions need a proper amount of surface area to correctly
bond with your natural lash.
How do I care for my lavish lashes?
Lavish Lashes need minimal care. It is necessary to avoid
oils, moisturizers, lotions, creams, eye makeup remover and water proof
mascaras, as these will loosen the adhesive bond of your lash
extensions. Natural skin oils, rubbing, scratching, and pulling will shorten the
life of your extensions.
What can eyelash extensions do for me if my eyelid has bald spots or is
nearly bare due to illness?
Because the proper application of Lavish Lashes involves placing a single
lash extension to a single natural eyelash without touching the skin, your
Certified Lash Specialist can not apply Lavish Lash Extensions where there
is no eyelash. Please consult with your Certified Lash Specialist to discuss
other products and techniques that can best address your concerns.
